conn3ctedAI – 5-Day Platform Sprint

Terms and Conditions

1. Overview

The conn3ctedAI 5-Day Platform Sprint is a structured engagement designed to generate a working backend platform foundation for a digital product or platform concept.

The sprint is intended for agencies and product studios delivering platforms such as:

  • Client portals
  • SaaS platforms
  • API platforms
  • Internal tools
  • Data platforms
  • Custom backend applications

During the sprint, Conn3cted uses conn3ctedAI to generate a working application foundation based on the agency’s concept and requirements.

The output is a working platform foundation and supporting technical artefacts which the agency can extend and deliver to its client.

2. Sprint Duration

The sprint runs for five (5) business days once all prerequisites are confirmed.

Prerequisites include:

  • Agency project concept submitted
  • Required inputs provided
  • Sprint start date confirmed
  • Access to required stakeholders during the sprint

Delays in providing inputs or feedback may extend the sprint timeline.

3. Sprint Scope

The 5-Day Platform Sprint produces a backend platform foundation, not a completed production application.

The sprint focuses on:

  • Platform architecture
  • Backend logic
  • Data models
  • API layer
  • Identity and access management
  • Administrative capabilities
  • Platform documentation

The sprint does not include full product delivery.

4. What the Sprint Includes

The generated platform may include:

  • Platform Foundation
  • Reverse brief of the concept
  • Platform specifications
  • Core data model (entities and relationships)
  • Backend APIs
  • Authentication and user management
  • Role-based access control (RBAC)
  • Audit logging baseline
  • Administrative interface
  • Live preview of application functionality

Handoff Package

At completion of the sprint the agency receives:

  • Agency-owned code repository
  • Data model documentation (ERD/entity definitions)
  • RBAC matrix (roles × permissions)
  • API documentation (OpenAPI / Swagger or equivalent)
  • Developer usage notes
  • Setup and runbook documentation
  • Environment configuration notes

The output is designed to allow the agency’s team to continue development.

5. Included Integrations

The sprint includes one (1) custom integration where feasible within the sprint scope.

Additional integrations may require:

  • separate scoping
  • additional cost
  • extended delivery time

6. Agency Responsibilities

The participating agency remains responsible for:

  • Front-end user experience and UI design
  • Client communication and project delivery
  • Product management
  • Additional integrations
  • Production hardening and infrastructure
  • Ongoing development
  • Testing and QA beyond the sprint output
  • Deployment to production environments
  • Client support and maintenance

The sprint provides the platform foundation, not the complete product delivery.

7. Participation Requirements

Agencies participating in the sprint must:

  • Provide a real project concept
  • Assign a primary project contact
  • Be available for daily feedback during the sprint
  • Provide required business logic and rules

Lack of timely feedback may affect delivery outcomes.

8. Technology and Generation Method

The platform foundation is generated using conn3ctedAI, which uses AI-assisted methods to:

  • interpret requirements
  • generate platform architecture
  • produce backend code and documentation

While the output is designed to follow enterprise-grade patterns, it may require:

  • further engineering
  • refinement
  • optimisation

before production deployment.

9. Ownership and Licensing

Code Ownership

The agency receives a license to use the generated code.

If the agency elects to download and own the source code, a one-off licence fee may apply depending on platform complexity.

Where source code ownership is granted:

  • the agency receives an unrestricted licence to use the generated code
  • Conn3cted retains intellectual ownership of the conn3ctedAI platform and generation technology

Platform Technology

conn3ctedAI itself remains the intellectual property of Conn3cted.

10. Use of Generated Output

The agency may:

  • extend the platform
  • modify the code
  • deploy the system
  • deliver solutions to clients
  • build commercial products

Conn3cted is not responsible for how the generated platform is used or modified after handoff.

11. Limitations of the Sprint

The sprint does not guarantee:

  • production readiness
  • scalability optimisation
  • infrastructure configuration
  • complete feature coverage
  • security audits beyond baseline implementation

Further development work is expected after the sprint.

12. Acceptance of Deliverables

Deliverables are considered accepted when:

  • the sprint completes
  • the platform foundation and handoff package are delivered

Minor follow-up clarifications may be provided after completion.

13. Confidentiality

All project information shared during the sprint will be treated as confidential.

Conn3cted will not disclose agency or client information without permission.

14. Pilot Program Participation

For agencies selected into the pilot program, Conn3cted may request permission to:

  • reference the engagement as a case study
  • share high-level outcomes

No confidential information will be disclosed without approval.

15. Fees and Payment

Sprint participation fees must be paid prior to sprint commencement unless otherwise agreed.

Additional services outside sprint scope will be quoted separately.

16. Limitation of Liability

Conn3cted provides the sprint outputs as a development foundation.

Conn3cted is not liable for:

  • downstream project delivery outcomes
  • agency-client contractual obligations
  • production incidents
  • modifications made after handoff

17. Amendments

Conn3cted may update these terms as the program evolves.

Participating agencies will be notified of material changes.
